How do I get started?
Fill out our contact form. We will reach out to you for a complimentary phone consultation to discuss your concerns, answer your questions, and determine if we would be a good fit for your child.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, Chatterbox Speech Services does not accept insurance. We are an out-of-network provider accepting private-pay clients. Upon request, we will provide you with a superbill as a statement of your services. You can submit the superbill on your own behalf to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend checking your out-of-network benefits with your insurance company.
What is your attendance and cancellation policy?
We understand that illnesses and emergencies occur; we just request 24-hour notice whenever possible to avoid a cancellation fee. Advance notification for any cancellations or requests to reschedule is always appreciated. Please refer to our cancellation policy in your intake paperwork for additional information.
Where will services be provided?
Services can be provided in your family's home or via tele-therapy. We travel throughout Placer County to provide speech therapy services in your child's natural environment. Virtual tele-therapy sessions are available to children and families anywhere in California.
Parent coaching sessions are available via live zoom calls and can be provided to any families looking for support!
Is an evaluation required prior to services beginning?
All new clients must be evaluated prior to treatment. We believe that evaluations are crucial in guiding our treatment process to ensure the best possible outcomes in therapy.
